One link per licence
Make a "Practitioner licence" link and a "Premises licence" link, or one per register you keep. Each has its own questions, documents and public link, on your own subdomain with your branding.
For regulators & licensing boards
A licence decision rests on a qualification, an exam, a record of supervised practice and an honest answer about convictions and disciplinary history. Intaky gives regulators and certifying bodies one application for practitioners and one for premises, where each officer sends their own ID, with reminders that chase what is missing.

From an individual practitioner: proof of identity, the certificate for their primary qualification, a signed log of supervised practice hours and their examination pass certificate unless they are exempt, alongside fit-and-proper disclosures and consent to identity, criminal record and registration checks. For a premises or facility licence: evidence of the lease or ownership of the premises, a current fire safety certificate, a named responsible manager, and proof of identity and a fit-and-proper declaration from each officer.
Assessing an application is the job. Getting every page and every declaration in before you can start is the backlog — and Intaky is built to clear that part.
A starter pack for regulators and certifying bodies: training record, examinations, practice hours and fitness to practise for individual licences, plus facility licensing for premises. Each document sits next to the questions it evidences, and nobody is asked again for the name and email they gave when they signed up. Everything below can be renamed, removed or added to in the form builder.
The premises side is filled in by the person managing the application for the operator; each invited officer only fills in their own details and fitness. Accepts PDF, Word, Excel and photos up to 10 MB each.

On a premises application, invite each officer separately; each fills in only their own declaration and ID. Give the link a due date, and Intaky reminds anyone unfinished every few days in working hours, stopping after six nudges.
Accept or reject each item with a note; accepted items stay locked and the audit trail records who decided what, and when. Export the case as a PDF, or push it to your register with a signed webhook on approval.
Proof of identity, the licence applied for, the primary qualification and awarding institution with its certificate, supervised practice hours with a signed practice log, the qualifying examination or the basis of an exemption, and fit-and-proper questions on convictions and disciplinary history, with consent to the checks you run. Intaky's professional licensing template asks for all of this, and you can rename, remove or add to any of it.
Put them in the application as required questions and tick boxes. The template asks about unspent convictions or pending charges and about any disciplinary action or removal from a register, asks for details if the answer is yes, and has the applicant consent to identity, criminal record and registration checks and declare that they are fit and proper. The application cannot be submitted without them.
Invite each officer to the premises application by email. Each one fills in only their own section: date of birth, any relevant qualifications, disclosures, consent to checks, their fit-and-proper declaration and proof of identity. The person managing the application answers the premises questions and can see who has not finished yet.
Give the application link a due date and let the reminders do the chasing. Intaky emails the applicant every few days until everything is in, only during working hours in your timezone, and stops after six reminders. You see which applications are complete and which items the others still owe.
You reject that one item with a note saying what is wrong. The applicant sees the note and replaces only that item; everything you have already accepted stays locked.
Yes. Intaky keeps an audit trail of who accepted each section and document, who asked for changes, and when. The finished case can be exported as a PDF summary with the documents attached for your licensing file.
No. Intaky collects the documents, the disclosures and the applicant's consent to checks; your body carries out the checks and decides whether to grant the licence. A signed webhook can push an approved case into your own register or case system.
Yes. Your logo and colours appear on your own subdomain, on every page the applicant sees.
