Refund Policy
Last updated: 1 October 2026
Intaky is operated by Ha Van Luong, an individual sole trader based in Vietnam. This policy explains when we refund a charge for an Intaky subscription. It is part of our Terms of Service (section 3, Refunds) and says the same thing in more detail. Our paid plans are sold by our reseller Paddle.com, who is the merchant of record for all our orders, so refunds are paid by Paddle.
1. Try it first
Every workspace starts on a free 14-day trial with no card needed, so you can run real clients through Intaky before you pay anything. For that reason, subscription fees are not refundable once charged. That includes the rest of a month after you cancel or turn off auto-renew, and any allowance you did not use.
2. When we refund in full
We will refund a charge in full where:
- you were charged in error, or charged twice for the same period;
- a renewal was charged after you had cancelled or turned off auto-renew;
- the service was unavailable for most of the period you paid for, for reasons within our control.
3. Cancelling and auto-renew
Plans are monthly subscriptions that renew automatically. You can turn off auto-renew or cancel at any time on your workspace’s Plan & usage page. Turning off auto-renew keeps your plan until the end of the period you have paid for; it then ends and nothing more is charged. Cancelling stops the subscription straight away, so nothing more is charged, and you keep your plan’s access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
4. How to ask for a refund
Email [email protected] within 30 days of the charge, with your workspace address and the order number from your receipt. You can also contact Paddle directly through paddle.net. Approved refunds are made by Paddle to the original payment method; how long they take to appear depends on your bank or card provider.
5. Your legal rights
If you are a consumer, nothing in this policy affects any right to cancel or to a refund that you have under the law that applies to you, including where it applies a statutory period to withdraw from a digital service. Paddle’s own refund policy also applies to purchases made through Paddle, and where it or the law gives you more, the higher level of rights applies.
